usually very good. Like the products and prices are fair. However, this time i got the wrong lotions sent to me and did not get the 15% discount that was advertised on my email alert. when i questioned this, i had no answer re the discount and was told that i made a mstake on my order. if a discount is offered and not given, surely this is a trades discriptions no no. not so happy this time. diana |
