Fish Oil [providing Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids 66mg which typically provides EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 34mg and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 22mg] 200mg

** 500mg extract is equivalent to rosa canina 2000mg

Directions for use: Take one Glucosamax Extra tablet, and one MSM, Rose-hop and Omega 3 tablet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Pregnant and breast feeding women should not take the product except on advice of their doctor. If you suffer from diabetes you should consult your doctor before taking this product. Do not take this product if allergic to shellfish.
