Blackcurrant seed oil adds stearidonic acid (SDA); the only other Omega 3 long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) found in plants. Seabuckthorn oil provides Omega 7 polyunsaturated palmitoleic acid, rarely found in plants. It naturally contains carotenoids, phytosterols, flavonoids and vitamins.
