Silica is essential for bone formation and connective tissue. Healthy hair, skin, nails and flexible arteries would be impossible without silica. Silica is critical to our well being, but it's difficult to assimilate from a normal diet.
Horsetail Herb Extract (Equiv to Equisetum Arvense 6000mg) Calcium Carbonate, Microcrystalline Cellulose (bulking agent), Carboxymethyl Cellulose (emulsifier), Zinc Gluconate, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent), magnesium salts of Fatty Acids (veg origin anti-caking agent), Vitamin B6 as Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Manganese Sulphate, Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose & Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide).
As a food supplement for adults - one (1) tablet daily or as directed by a practitioner. This food supplement should be used as an appendage to a varied diet and not as a substitute.
Not suitable for children or during pregnancy or lactation. Not recommended for those individuals with heart disorders (perhaps due to its haemostatic/blood clotting effect) or kidney disorders possibly if potassium is excreted accompanying its diuretic effect. Prolonged use of Horsetail herb is not recommended due to its effect on blood urea (a break down product of protein metabolism) nitrogen uric acid, glucose and protein bound iodine. (Breaks down waste products in the blood quicker).
