I have no problems with their products and never have done but today will be the last time I use Trust William as I quite simply disagree with their new p&p charge of £3.99! Come on? this is the company that pride's themselve's on free p&p whatever the spend and to go from that to a flat rate of 4 quid is criminal! Not only that but I spent 45 min's trying to log in only to find when I called that my account was closed and I would have to re-register! Poor show Trust William!!!!! make your own mind's up!!! I have!!!! |

The ointment has helped to almost clear my baby granddaughter's bad excema and the shampoo and bath wash are brilliant. She is amuch happier baby. |
